Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and AuraMarket ("we", "us") for using AuraMarket at auramarket.app and any AuraMarket apps. By creating an account or using AuraMarket, you agree to them and to our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy. We've tried to keep them short and plain.

1. Who can use AuraMarket

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they should read these terms with you.
• One account per person. Don't create extra accounts to get more Aura, get around a ban, or influence markets or leaderboards.
• Keep your email address current and don't share your sign-in codes. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

2. Aura is not money

• Aura is free, in-game points. It has no cash value, and you can't buy it, sell it, trade it for anything of value, transfer it, or withdraw it.
• AuraMarket is a free prediction game, not gambling and not a financial product. Nothing on AuraMarket is financial, legal or betting advice.
• Don't trade Aura, accounts or outcomes for real money, gift cards, items or favors, on or off AuraMarket.
• We may adjust balances, cancel trades, or reset parts of the game, for example to fix bugs, reverse abuse, or rebalance the economy. We'll try to be fair and explain big changes.

3. Markets, calls and resolution

• Markets are yes/no questions about future events. Prices come from an automated market maker and change as people make calls.
• Whoever creates a market must resolve it honestly using its stated "Resolved by" source. Creators can't take a side on their own markets.
• Moderators and admins may re-resolve, cancel or remove markets that are wrong, unclear or break the rules. Cancelled markets refund everyone's Aura. Markets left unresolved for 14 days after closing are cancelled and refunded automatically.
• Leagues, streaks, prizes and titles are part of the game and can change. They have no value outside AuraMarket.

4. Circles

Circles are invite-only spaces. Owners and moderators run their circle and are expected to enforce the Community Guidelines. Circle content is only visible to members, but it's still subject to these terms, and we may review, remove or step in when needed, for example after reports.

5. Your content

• You own what you post (markets, comments, profile details). You give us a license to host, display, and share it within AuraMarket so the service can work.
• You're responsible for what you post. It must follow the Community Guidelines. No markets about people's private lives, no harassment, hate, sexual content, violence or self-harm.
• We can filter, hide, pause or remove content, and we may use automated tools and human review to do it.

6. Things you can't do

• Break the Community Guidelines or the law.
• Exploit bugs, manipulate prices or leaderboards, or collude to farm Aura.
• Use bots, scrapers or automation, or try to get around rate limits, filters or bans.
• Impersonate someone, or access accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Interfere with or attack AuraMarket or the people who use it.

7. Suspension and deletion

We can remove content, reset Aura, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may not always give notice first when safety is at stake. You can delete your account anytime in Settings.

8. Paid features

We may offer optional paid features in the future, such as passes to create more markets. Their terms will be shown when you buy. Aura itself will never be for sale.

9. Disclaimers and limits

AuraMarket is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and fair, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that markets will resolve the way you expect. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for anything related to AuraMarket is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Questions or problems? Email support@auramarket.app.
