AuraMarket is a prediction market where the only currency is Aura. You start with 1,000. Where you go from there is up to how good your calls are.
Pick a market
Every market is a yes/no question about something real that hasn't happened yet.
Put your Aura on it
Call Yes or No. The % is the crowd's odds. The lower the odds, the bigger your payout if you're right.
Get paid (or don't)
When the market resolves, every winning share pays 1 Aura. You can also cash out early at the current price.
Climb the league
Each week you compete with up to 30 players at your tier. The best calls move up.
Example
A market sits at 25%. You put 100 Aura on Yes and get about 355 shares. If it resolves Yes, you get ~355 Aura. If it resolves No, you get 0. If it climbs to 60% before then, you can cash out early for a profit.
The ladder
Seasons run Monday to Sunday (ET). The top 7 in each division with a profit move up. The bottom 5 with a loss move down. The top 10 win Aura prizes.
Streaks
Make at least one call a day to keep your streak going. Day 1 pays 20 Aura and each day pays 20 more, up to 100 a day. Every 7 days you earn a streak freeze ❄️, which covers one missed day automatically.
FAQ
Is this gambling?+
No. Aura has no cash value. You can't buy it, sell it, or withdraw it. Everyone starts with the same amount, and the only way to get more is to make good calls.
How are odds set?+
An automated market maker. The house seeds each market with 1,000 Aura of liquidity, and every call moves the price. Buy Yes and the chance goes up; buy No and it goes down. Your payout is locked in the moment you call it.
Who decides the outcome?+
The person who created the market resolves it using the source listed under "Resolved by". Admins can step in if a market is resolved wrong. If an outcome is unclear, the market is cancelled and everyone gets their Aura back.
Why can't I call my own market?+
So nobody can rig a question they control. Creators earn +10 Aura for every trader their market attracts instead.
What if I go broke?+
If your total Aura (cash plus open calls) drops under 100, you can claim a daily refill back to 100. Leagues rank by profit, so refills don't help anyone's rank.
How many markets can I create?+
1 per day, free. Creation Passes for extra drops are coming soon. They'll never buy you Aura.
